Creating a Program Page

  1. Choose a name for the program, or note the existing name being used to communicate about this program.

  2. Determine a date and time for this program. Consult prior events of a similar type for this.

  3. Find a suitable image to represent this program. It should be high-resolution, visually stunning, and relevant to the program. Assume the image will be used in other promotions for this program.

  4. Generate the description for the program. Consult prior events, and work to capture the UD tone in your description. Assume this will be used in other promotions for this program.

  5. Assemble these (1–4) into an email, and share it with Dr. Lye. Update based on any feedback.

  6. Publish the approved event and notify the “UD Temple Needs” chat.
